Carol's background in interior decoration and art is extensive. While majoring in art in high school, she won a scholarship to the Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. She later attended Temple University's prestigious Tyler School of Art. She has extensive training in drawing and painting. Carol's original artworks are highly desired.
Her career has spanned a variety of creative and artistic ventures leading to the establishment of "Carol Harrar's Design Concepts" in 1994. Her work includes residential and commercial interior spaces in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and the Tampa area.
